Bharti Infratel, a subsidiary of Bharti Enterprises was a tower company, having approx. 40% stake in Indus Towers

Indus Towers

Indus Towers was started a joint venture Vodafone, Idea Cellular and Bharti Airtel. It was largest tower company of India.

IMPACT -

Mergerd entity is largest tower company outside China with 172,000 towers.

Stake Holdings:

Airtel and it's subsidiaries will hold 37%

Vodafone group will hold 28%

Vodafone Idea received Rs.3,760cr for it's stake in Indus Towers 

PS Asia Holding Investment (Providence) will hold 3%

Public will hold remaining stake

AkzoNobel to merge with Axalta Coating Systems

AkzoNobel to merge with Axalta Coating Systems — a $25 billion global coatings giant in the making Akzo Nobel N.V. (AkzoNobel) and Axalta Coating Systems Ltd. (Axalta) have signed a definitive agreement to combine in an all-stock merger of equals , creating one of the world’s largest paints and coatings companies. The transaction values the combined group at an enterprise value of about USD 25 billion , with pro-forma annual revenue around USD 17 billion based on 2024 numbers. Under the agreed terms: Ownership: AkzoNobel shareholders will own 55% of the merged company; Axalta shareholders will hold 45% .
