It was largest tower company of India. IMPACT - Mergerd entity is largest tower company outside China with 172,000 towers. Stake Holdings: Airtel and it's subsidiaries  will hold 37% Vodafone group  will hold 28% Vodafone Idea received Rs.3,760cr for it's stake in Indus Towers  PS Asia Holding Investment   (Providence) will hold 3% Public will hold remaining   stake

RRVL acquired 96% in Urban Ladder for Rs.182cr Reliance Retail Ventures RRVL is retail arm of Reliance, owns brand such as  JioMart, Hamleys, Reliance Fresh, Reliance Digital, Trends, Ajio.com etc. It have investors - KKR, TPG, GIC, etc. Urban Ladder Home Decor Solutions  Urban Ladder is omnichannel furniture and decor retailer. It also has its E-Commerce site.
