Silver Lake

Silver Lake is to invest Rs. 7,500cr for 1.75% stake. 

Then, Silver Lake is to invest additional Rs. 1,875cr for 0.38% stake.

So, total investment is to be of Rs. 9,375cr for 2.13% stake.

Mubadala Investment Co

Mubadala Investment Co is to invest Rs. 6,247.5cr for 1.4% stake

GIC

GIC is to invest Rs. 5,512.5cr for 1.22% stake.

TPG

TPG is to invest Rs. 1,837.5cr for 0.41% stake.

Abu Dhabi Investment Authority

Abu Dhabi Investment Authority is to invest Rs. 5,512.5cr for 1.2% stake.

Reliance Industries

Reliance industries, promoter of RRVL has invested Rs. 11,650cr.

AkzoNobel to merge with Axalta Coating Systems — a $25 billion global coatings giant in the making Akzo Nobel N.V. (AkzoNobel) and Axalta Coating Systems Ltd. (Axalta) have signed a definitive agreement to combine in an all-stock merger of equals , creating one of the world’s largest paints and coatings companies. The transaction values the combined group at an enterprise value of about USD 25 billion , with pro-forma annual revenue around USD 17 billion based on 2024 numbers.
