Sachin Bansal's Navi Technologies' acquisitions

Navi Technologies has made many acquisition in recent times. It's vision is to create Universal Digital Bank. International Finance Corporation is looking for invest. Some of it's acquisitions are DHFL general; MavenHive, a software consulting firm; general insurance brand COCO and investment in more than 10 companies including Ola, Inshorts, Ather Energy, TeamIndus and Unacademy.

Reliance acquired Future group's business

This deal was a major deal in retail sector of India. Reliance Retail acquired future group retail and wholesale business and logistics and warehousing business. This deal nearly doubled Reliance Retail Retail's customer footprints.

Amazon's acquisition of Zoox

Zoox is a self driving car startup company. Amazon had earlier made investment in many self driving car startups but this was its major strategic buy. This deal made amazon's entry into self driving car business with Zoox it's subsidiary.

Verzion's acquisition of Blue Jeans

Blue jeans is a video conferencing app. After Verzion's acquisition of Blue Jeans, it partnered with Airtel.

Ltd. for about ₹1,700 crore (~US$400 mn) , valuing Ace at US$425–450 mn . Multiple reports call it one of the largest foreign investments in India’s insurance broking sector . Blackstone Inc. AkzoNobel to merge with Axalta Coating Systems

AkzoNobel to merge with Axalta Coating Systems — a $25 billion global coatings giant in the making Akzo Nobel N.V. (AkzoNobel) and Axalta Coating Systems Ltd. (Axalta) have signed a definitive agreement to combine in an all-stock merger of equals , creating one of the world’s largest paints and coatings companies. The transaction values the combined group at an enterprise value of about USD 25 billion , with pro-forma annual revenue around USD 17 billion based on 2024 numbers. Under the agreed terms: Ownership: AkzoNobel shareholders will own 55% of the merged company; Axalta shareholders will hold 45% . Consideration: Axalta shareholders will receive 0.6539 AkzoNobel shares for each Axalta share .
