Merger with Turner Broadcasting System Turner Broadcasting System was merged with Time Warner. With this it re-entered in television re-entered industry which earlier it had exited. AOL-Time Warner AOL-Time Warner was formed by merger of 'AOL' and 'Time Warner'. It did not worked well so, they spun off unwanted/bad assets and returned to their earlier name 'Time Warner'. Merger with AT&T At first merger was not approval, it was time of election. But afterwards deal was revalued and approved Time Warner was merged into AT&T and was renamed 'WarnerMedia' and became subsidiary. ...
